Northwest 35 Rugs Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Processing 

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays, generating a confirmation email advising you of the estimated lead time. A subsequent notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched. 

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: complimentary for all orders. Typically, delivery takes place within 2-3 business days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is en route. Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. 

European Delivery

Standard Delivery: estimated delivery within 7-14 business days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking details will be provided via email. Deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. 

International Delivery

  • Shipping Charges: calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, these charges do not include taxes and duties. 
  • Delivery Times: vary depending on the destination, but we aim for orders to arrive within 7 days of dispatch. 

Taxes and Duties

A standard rate of 20% will apply to all invoices in the UK. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) on arrival into the destination country. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer and not Northwest 35. Following dispatch, the courier will contact you with details of any applicable taxes and duties, along with instructions on how to make payment. If you would like to receive an estimate of import taxes that would apply for shipping to your country, please let us know. 

Tracking Your Order

On dispatch of your order, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please let us know and we’ll investigate immediately. 

Returns and Exchanges

We trust that you will be completely delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item was purchased from existing stock. It must be in its original condition, showing no evidence of use, and where possible in its original packaging. If you no longer have it, we can suggest alternatives or provide new packaging at no extra cost. To initiate a return, please contact us and we’ll arrange for our courier to collect the item from your preferred address.  

Please note:  

  • Custom or Bespoke Items: we regret that we are unable to accept returns for made-to-order, custom or bespoke items, unless a piece has arrived damaged or in some way defective.  
  • Return Shipping Costs: return shipping costs will be covered by Northwest 35, except in the case of sale items, such as ex-display rugs, return of which will be at the customer’s expense. 
  • Refund Processing: once the item has been returned to us, in its original condition, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days, by the original payment method. 

*In the unlikely event that your order should arrive damaged, please email us promptly at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We assess damage on a case-by-case basis and will work swiftly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
